This kit utilizes duplex quantitative PCR (qPCR) technique to performs a rapid, specific, and reliable quantitation assay at femtogram (fg) level. Internal Positive Control (IPC) is included in the Human Primer&Probe MIX to evaluate the performance of each PCR reaction.
